Following bug fixes:
When copying instances from the movie organizer into another movie
organizer using the COMMAND+OPTION and drag loses the linking to original movies.
Users are unable to use the CTRL+E function of the movie organizer while it works fine in the timeline. This problem is caused by ejecting the firewire drive or the afp connection in-between uses of the movie organizer.
Instance edit movie uses correct movie proportion data if available.
Movie Organizer crashing when new instance notes are added.
When there are two title slides, back to back, in a sorter, the overlay text comes up over the second of the two title slides.
The Sorter does not play title/picture rows correctly.
Movie creation speed improved for movies with many instances.
- About 2.5 times faster for creating normal movies
- 10 times faster if option key is held down, but chapter tracks, overlay text and drawings are dropped
- Static movies a little bit faster
The sorter does not fully delete rows after clicking "delete".

If the OPTION key is held down and the menu 'Duplicate selected rows' is selected, the duplicated rows are inserted at the bottom of the timeline.
Paste instances into movie organizer uses all open timeline windows.
XML import. New file character encoding handling procedures added.
